These simple terms explain what happens when you join our waitlist. When we launch the full product (expected February 2026), we'll provide complete terms of service covering all features.

What You're Signing Up For

By joining our waitlist, you're agreeing to:

• Receive email updates about Lordyland's development and launch
• Get notified when we launch with limited early access
• Receive an offer for early bird pricing ($29/month forever instead of regular $49/month)
• Occasionally receive requests for feedback to help us build a better product

No commitment required. Being on the waitlist doesn't obligate you to buy anything. You can unsubscribe anytime with one click.

Our Promises to You

While you're on our waitlist, we promise to:

• Not spam you - We'll only send relevant updates, typically 1-2 emails per month
• Protect your email - We'll never sell or share your email with anyone
• Honor early bird pricing - First 50 customers who sign up now get $29/month forever
• Be transparent - We'll keep you updated on our progress and timeline

Early Bird Pricing Terms

We're offering special pricing for early supporters:

• Early Bird: $29/month (or £24/month for UK) - limited to first 50 paying customers
• Standard Pricing: $49/month (or £39/month for UK) - after early bird slots fill

Note: Joining the waitlist reserves your spot but doesn't guarantee early bird pricing. Early bird pricing is only locked in when you become a paying customer after we launch (first 50 to actually subscribe).

Important: What This Is NOT

Right now, Lordyland is:

• Not a working product - The software is being built and not available yet
• Not accepting payments - We're not charging anything during the waitlist phase
• Not providing services - No property management services are available yet
• Not offering guarantees - Launch dates and features may change as we develop

We're sharing our plans and progress honestly, but as with any new product, things may evolve during development.

Your Responsibilities

We ask that you:

• Provide a valid email address
• Be at least 18 years old
• Not use our website or emails for anything harmful or illegal
• Not try to hack, abuse, or interfere with our website

Simple Disclaimers

• No guarantees: The product and launch dates are subject to change
• "As is" basis: Our website and waitlist system are provided as-is
• Limited liability: We're not liable for any issues with the waitlist signup process
• Right to modify: We may update features, pricing, or launch plans as we develop

How to Unsubscribe

You can leave the waitlist anytime:

• Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email we send
• Email us at support@lordyland.com and we'll remove you within 2 business days

When We Launch

When Lordyland launches as a full product, we'll provide:

• Complete Terms of Service covering all features
• Detailed Privacy Policy for property and tenant data
• Subscription terms and payment details
• 14-day money-back guarantee

You'll have the opportunity to review all terms before signing up for the paid service. No surprise commitments!

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as we develop the product. If we make changes, we'll post the updated version here with a new "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we'll also email you.
